We can usually begin a mock audit within two weeks of agreeing scope. A full readiness audit and written action plan typically takes two to four weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your service. If you are facing an imminent inspection, tell us — we will prioritise where we can.
No consultancy can honestly guarantee a CQC rating — the judgement belongs to the inspector. What we do is help you prepare for inspection with confidence: identify the gaps against the framework, put practical fixes in place, and make sure you have the evidence and assurance to walk in ready.
Each retainer tier includes a set number of hours per month that you can use flexibly — regulatory advice, document review, operational support, finance and governance input.
